My journey towards healing began in 2014 when I realized my life was not heading the
direction I desired. I met Ruth and we connected (met her through a friend). I heard about the work she does and had an Elemental Priestess Path. I took on the challenge and it was amazing. The process really opened me up to things I had been in denial about and saw them as an entry way to deeper understanding and working with the Elements to let go or bring in. After the year long commitment, I became an Elemental Priestess. Since then, I became a Reiki Practitioner/ Teacher following the Usui Holy Fire Tradition and Karuna Reiki, an Ordained Minister and a Shamanic Ordained Minister. In 2018, I signed up for the SHIP (Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process) out in Nashville, TN and a year later (2019) became a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator. I am always looking for new adventures and challenges to better myself and to share this medicine to the world. It has guided me through the toughest of times and my life has transformed. I have the tools to move through the obstacles that pop up.
